This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “User”) and Grofics (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”). By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or availing any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below.
Grofics is a professional service provider in the field of hair replacement, hair patches, wigs, and non-surgical hair fixing solutions. All services offered are highly customized and depend on individual factors such as scalp condition, hair quality, lifestyle, maintenance routine, and personal expectations.
While we strive to deliver the best possible and natural-looking results, we do not guarantee identical, permanent, or lifetime results. Outcomes may vary from person to person and may require periodic maintenance.
All appointments are subject to availability and may require advance booking with partial or full payment. Prices may vary depending on customization, hair quality, density, base material, and service complexity. Grofics reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice.
Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding any medical conditions, allergies, scalp sensitivity, or ongoing treatments before availing any service. Failure to disclose such information releases Grofics from any liability arising due to reactions, side effects, or dissatisfaction.
Clients must strictly follow aftercare instructions provided by our team. Any damage, reduced lifespan, or unsatisfactory results caused due to negligence, improper maintenance, or use of third-party products will not be the responsibility of Grofics.
Grofics maintains high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism. However, by availing our services, you accept that minor variations, adjustments, or maintenance requirements are part of the process.
All services provided by Grofics are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable in nature.
Due to the customized and personalized nature of hair patches, wigs, and related services, once a service has been availed, initiated, or completed, no refund, return, or exchange will be entertained under any circumstances.
Specifically, once a hair patch has been cut, customized, fitted, or installed, it is considered a used and personalized product, and therefore becomes ineligible for any form of return, refund, or replacement.
Any advance payment or booking amount paid by the client shall be treated as non-refundable. In case of cancellation, delay, or rescheduling, the same shall be subject to Grofics management’s sole discretion. Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in complete forfeiture of the booking amount.
By proceeding with the service, the client fully acknowledges and agrees to this strict no-refund policy.
Grofics may capture photographs and videos during or after the service for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes. Such media will only be captured and used after obtaining client consent.
Once the client provides consent, Grofics retains full and exclusive rights to use, edit, publish, distribute, and promote such images or videos across all platforms including but not limited to website, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.
All content published by Grofics, including images, videos, graphics, logos, branding elements, and written material, is the intellectual property of Grofics and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
Any unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, redistribution, or modification of Grofics content by any individual, business, or third party without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Clients, competitors, or any third parties are not permitted to use Grofics media for personal or commercial purposes without explicit written approval.
Grofics shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
This includes but is not limited to dissatisfaction due to personal expectations, allergic reactions (if not disclosed), improper maintenance, lifestyle factors, or natural wear and tear of the product.
By availing our services, the client accepts full responsibility for maintenance and understands the limitations of non-surgical hair replacement solutions.
Grofics is committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring transparency in how your data is handled.
We may collect personal details such as your name, phone number, email address, appointment history, and service preferences when you interact with our website or services. Additionally, technical information such as IP address, browser type, and cookies may be collected to improve user experience.
We use this information to manage appointments, provide services, maintain records, improve our offerings, and communicate updates or promotional content (only where consent is provided).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers such as payment gateways or analytics platforms strictly for operational purposes or when required by law.
We implement reasonable and industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data; however, no system can guarantee absolute security.

This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad.
